Refund Policy
Every chimney cap, chase cover, and custom flue cover I fabricate is built to order to your exact specifications. Because each piece is custom-made, I do not accept returns on completed custom orders.
Standard Flue Covers Standard 14×14 flue covers purchased directly from my catalog — with no customizations — may be returned within 60 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. Contact me at arcmetcon@gmail.com or (609)352-9840 to initiate a return. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Fabrication Defects If your order arrives with a defect caused by my workmanship, contact me within 60 days of delivery at arcmetcon@gmail.com or (609)352-9840. I'll make it right — either by repairing, remaking, or refunding the piece at my discretion.
Shipping Damage If your order arrives damaged in transit, photograph the damage and packaging before moving the piece, then contact me immediately. Freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Custom Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once fabrication has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
