Select your approximate chimney width, then your approximate chimney length. Your cap will be custom fabricated to your exact dimensions.

Because copper is a premium material, we don't trust cardboard. Every Archaic Metal cap is secured inside a custom-built, heat-treated wood crate. This prevents dents and 'fret marks' during transit. Your order is fully insured and shipped via heavy-duty freight to ensure it arrives in 'New Penny' condition.

Please note: Large caps ship via LTL Freight. If your property cannot accommodate a full-sized 18-wheeler, please let us know so we can arrange a terminal pickup or a smaller delivery truck.

A chimney shroud is a decorative curtain wall built around the top of your chimney — no lid, no spark screen. Just a clean architectural enclosure that hides exposed pipes, ugly repairs, or a plain masonry top and replaces it with something that actually looks like it belongs on the house.

I build these to your exact chimney dimensions in my Berlin, NJ shop using the same materials and techniques I use for every piece — standing seam panel construction, copper rivets with solid brass mandrels, tight hemmed edges. Every shroud is custom. No stock sizes, no shortcuts.

Available in 16oz copper, Kynar aluminum, or Galvalume. Curved panel, flat panel, tapered, or multi-tier profiles available — if you have a design in mind, send me a photo or sketch and I'll work from it.
