HOW TO SELECT YOUR SIZE

Width is always the shortest dimension of your chimney. Measure the outside width and outside length of your chimney top, then add a minimum of 1/4" to each measurement before selecting your size band. Example: 28" wide × 72" long — select Width 25–36" and Length 61–72".
I've been working copper and stainless steel since 1994, and the multi-flue flat-top cap is one of the most satisfying pieces I build. Clean lines, full-perimeter screening, and a single cap that covers every flue on the chimney — fabricated entirely by hand in my Berlin, NJ workshop.
16oz Copper is a special-order material on this listing. Lead time and logistics vary depending on sheet stock and cap size, so please contact me before purchasing a copper cap. I'm happy to discuss details, confirm availability, and get a production timeline to you. Copper price is shown in the variant selector and will not change once confirmed.
Stainless steel caps are available to order directly. I use 304 alloy, 24 gauge, 2B finish — the same stainless steel spec I've used for 32 years. It's the most requested premium material for multi-flue caps, especially on commercial and historic properties, and it will outlast the chimney it sits on.
Screen panels on both materials are 18-gauge expanded stainless steel mesh. Corners are riveted with copper rivets and brass mandrels. Mount type — top mount or side mount — is included at no additional charge; specify at checkout or message me directly.
For sizes outside the listed bands or non-standard configurations, send me your measurements and I'll build it to fit.
